Stephen Bailing Hay

This afternoon we went to visit Stephen bailing hay for another bloke up the road. It was quite an interesting process. First you have to mow the grass, then it becomes hay. Then you have to rack it into rows and following that is the bailing process. The machine picks up the hay by conveyor belt, an auger runs it down to the end where it gets pushed into a square form and wrapped with bailing twine. The bail gets dropped out every 30 seconds or so. I also saw a round bailer working, a much faster process!
