Sorghum Growing

Over harvest season Brad and I have been taking a pic of the same sorghum plants growing for the summer crop. This gives farmers income half way through the year as well. If there were a big storm to ruin their winter crop, having a summer crop would also be something to fall back on. It also keeps work steady year round. Sorghum is a grain that can be used for cereals and in general has similar use to wheat. After the big rain storm you could nearly see the plants growing!
