Conquering Mt. Kosciuszko

Today we finally got to conquer Mt. Kosciuszko! We came to the mountain base back on our first trip to the mainland. We tried working around the weather twice but were unable to climb it. When we got to the base this time the weather still wasn't so good, 0 degrees at the top, windy and raining. However, this time at least the chairlift was running as last time it wasn't because of the 80km/hr winds. The chairlift brings you to where the trail starts and Thredbo Resort ends. Regardless of the conditions, we still made it to the top! As long as we were physically able to make it there safely I was going. Brad on the other hand, put up a bit of a fuss. Once we completed the hike he was happy to say he climbed the tallest mountain in Aus standing at 2,228m.
