Cranky Rock and Pecan Farm

Before harvest started Brad and I went to a pecan farm where we got a free tour because we knew locals. It was great, we drove around the whole thing and saw pecan trees for miles and miles. There were trees 2 years old, 5 years old, and 20 years old, some even older. There was also a few walnut trees and olive trees. Around 6 years is when a tree will first produce pecans and enough to harvest.

We also paid a visit to Cranky Rock, a place where aboriginals used to gather. It almost looked like what used to be a canyon area, now with just a creek flowing through. There where massive rocks standing on top of one another. Crazy how hey haven't fallen over!
