Job 5: Sorting Onions

Now on to a different job, same company. I'm a professional onion sorter. I literally stand in one place all day and pick out the bad from the good. There are some that get kept as 'seconds' if there is skin peeling and if they are opened or rotten they go in the rubbish. I thankfully only have to do this 1 day a week. It's a good day if we switch from brown to red onions, or if I get to go on the other side of the grater or pick out rocks at the top of the machine!
