Liffey Falls 42 & Pine Lake 43 & SNOW?!

Though we still haven't found jobs, we figured we'd get out of the house and leave the internet, phones, and newspapers behind. There is no use waiting around for call backs! If it's meant to be, it will happen. I've also cracked and applied for a few hospitality places just incase, one I even had an intense interview with. Cradle Mountain Lodge, a beautiful resort in the middle of the mountains here in Tasmania. It's about an hour away but they provide living accomodation for staff. It would be a very similar set up to Lake Louise where we were working in Canada.

Anyway, today we went to do 2 walks, Liffey Falls 42 & Pine Lake 43. Liffey Falls were absolutely stunning and way larger than I had expected. Tasmania has all these little hidden places that aren't too popular allowing them to still be enjoyable. Pine Lake is up near the 'Great Lake', one of the higher areas in Tas. When we were there it actually snowed for a total of 2 mins! Light flakes of course, and melted straight away. I think we're in for a cold Aus winter!

Snow!!!
