Ontario is a Whole Hour Less Apart

As soon as I thought I had the time difference down pat (take Aus time, switch am/pm and minus 4 = Ontario time) I hear Ontario time has went forward by an hour for Spring. Setting up a Skype date just got a whole lot more confusing.
