Digging for Carrots

Today I picked my first carrot. It is incredible how good they really are right out of the ground. Believe me, no dip needed! A contractor happened to be on the farm and gave us a tour of how the tractor works for the harvest. A crop surprisingly has about 20% of waste even with use of pesticides.
