New Hair

So this happened today! I've always thought dreadlocks looked kinda cool and were a low maintenance hair style, perfect for living on the road and camping. I never had the courage to get them done because of course

I wouldn't want to shave my head or brush them out after because your hair would never be the same again. I knew at home working in hospitality and tourism and having dreads wouldn't exactly get me the job either. I never liked the thought of how dirty they can get and how much it actually costs to get natural dreads done to your hair (roughly $1000 and require a lot of maintenance) so I kinda cheated and got synthetic extensions instead ($200)! What more of a better time could I ever get them in my life, I work on farms, I'm travelling Aus, and I'm trying to grow the blonde out and hate my roots showing. It soon became a realistic alternative to dying my hair brown or blonde again. And I can mark another thing off the bucket list, a dream come true!
